My Art

After a few years gap from doing any sculpture, I have at last returned to my art work with vengeance. I learnt my orignal skills as a panel beater, working in garages and restoring classic cars. With art in the family largely handed down from my father who was a well respected painter in pastel and oils, I think it was inevitable that I discovered a more creative use with my metal skills!

About Me

Nick Rasmussen: My art is made from cut and shaped and welded mild steel. I have created pieces of fish , birds, boats and even jelly fish. pieces vary in size from very tiny to huge ie sharks I am happy to work to commission and love to take on new challenges.
